What can we help you with?
We offer proactive self-help support as well as formal-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), generalised counselling, grief counselling and specialist trauma therapy. The interventions and support are available to you regardless to whether the issues/concerns/needs are due to work or outside of work, as we recognise that wellbeing can be impacted by numerous factors and often one will impact the other.
We also offer physiotherapy and access to employment, legal and financial advice. We have a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), online resource centre for everything wellbeing.
Alongside this we have the My Healthy Advantage health and wellbeing app with self-help programmes to improve on areas of your lifestyle and to provide a daily check in.
The Staying Well service can support with:
24 hour confidential telephone counselling
Your Staying Well Service provides access to free 24/7 confidential counselling which can be either face-to-face or over the phone. This can help with issues such as work or home related stress and depression. You can access the service here.
Fast-track physiotherapy
This service is provided by our partner IPRS Physio, who aim to find a physio within 15-minutes drive of your home address. This service is accessible following a discussion with your manager.
Expert legal / financial advice
Your Staying Well Service can also provide access to expert legal / financial advice for any concerns you may have. This is free and confidential and provided by our Employee Assistance Programme.
