Finance and Investment Committee

Chair: Sarah James, Non-Executive Director 

The Finance and Investment Committee provides assurance to the Board of the Trust's financial management and performance, contracting, procurement and green agenda. The Committee contributes to Board assurance in respect of business planning and development, estate and fleet management and digital infrastructure. 

 

The committee meets at least four times per year.
