Remuneration Committee

Chair: Maggie Arnold, Senior Independent Director

The Remuneration Committee shall consider and approve the appointment, remuneration and terms of service for the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Directors and Directors and other Very Senior Managers (VSMs). In addition, the Committee may consider some issues in relation to other staff employed by the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT), in line with the Committee's terms of reference.

The Committee operates in accordance with principles outlined in NHS England's Code of Governance for Provider Trusts, and other relevant national guidance.

The Committee meets at least twice per year.
