Remuneration Committee

Chair: Martin Holloway 

Remuneration Committee is a statutory committee, Chaired by Martin Holloway (Chair of the Trust), and is tasked with identifying and appointing candidates for very senior manager roles (VSM). The Committee ensures the existence of a robust fit and proper persons policy for the Board of Directors and conducts reviews on the overall composition and skills mix of the Board. 

 

The Committee meets at least twice a year.
