People Committee

Chair: Margaret Batty, Non-Executive Director 

The People Committee ensure the development and delivery of an effective people and organisational development strategy which enable the Trust to deliver on its strategic aims and statutory responsibilities within the domain of its people and culture, ensuring these ultimately inform and progress the quality of care to our patients. 

 

The committee meets at least four times per year
