I am passionate about improving the quality of care, supporting our dedicated staff, and ensuring our services meet the evolving needs of the community.
As an ambulance nurse, I understand the challenges we face on the front line, and I am committed to representing the views and concerns of my colleagues to help drive meaningful change.
I believe that patient safety, staff well-being, and resource efficiency are essential for delivering high-quality ambulance services. Serving as a governor would allow me to work collaboratively with the board and provide insights from a clinical perspective to shape policies that reflect the reality of emergency care, ultimately benefiting patients, families, and our entire community in the South West.
