Staying Well Service

SWS logoThe Staying Well Service provides immediate access to sources of support in just one phone call or email. The team will triage calls and provide direct support and/or signposting to the most appropriate services for additional help and assistance.

Your Staying Well Service is committed to providing the highest standards in all our interactions with you. We aim to offer you a first class service and hold the dignity and privacy of all our employees accessing our service at the heart of all we do.

Your Staying Well Service is confidential and we protect any information about your individual circumstances that you choose to share with us.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Outside of these times please leave your name and a contact telephone number and a member of the team will call you back within one working day. If you are in need of immediate support please see our Self Help Resources or call Samaritans on 116 123 or the EAP telephone counselling service on 0800 028 0199.

The South Western Ambulance Charity, founded in 1995, uses gifted monies to benefit those in our communities who use our service and to improve the welfare of the staff and volunteers of the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. 

Our charitable support covers Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire including Bristol and Swindon.
