Welcome to SWASFT

Register of Interest

We require anyone to declare an interest which may cause a conflict in their day to day work.

In particular, the Trust asks that all senior managers, defined as those who are on Agenda for Change pay scales 8a and above, as well as those people who can influence purchasing or contractual decisions, and those working in high risk departments (Finance, Procurement and Fleet); make an Annual Declaration of Interest.

It is a requirement for the organisation to publish the interests of decision making staff at least annually in a prominent place on their website.

If you have any questions about the process on the published data, please contact Danielle Casey, Corporate Governance Business Manager via email: Corporate.meeting@SWAST.nhs.uk
