Student Paramedic Conference 2021

Online Student Conference 2021

SWASFT is very excited to be hosting the 2021 Be a Better Paramedic Online Student Conference on Saturday 22 May.

After a year in which the world has turned upside down and your placement and learning opportunities have taken a hit ... freshen up your knowledge and develop your understanding of a diverse range of pre-hospital care scenarios. Join us on Zoom for a whole day of engaging, immersive and free CPD!

Using a variety of media and formats you’ll benefit from masterclasses in:

  • HAZMAT: Are you ready to respond? – join our paramedic teams and HART as they deploy to a multi-casualty chemical incident, with interactive learning points
  • Toxidromes – a dynamic “virtual reality” tour of overdoses to test your decision-making
  • Stroke Mimics – how well do you know your stroke differentials? Here’s what to look out for.
  • Critical Care – watch our team perform a real-time thoracotomy

Plus keynote speakers, virtual exhibition stands, online chat and of course the all-important raffle!

There are a limited number of tickets, so register now: book my place on Eventbrite
